Affiliate Program Policy

1. Overview

The ZOYEQ Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals, influencers, creators and businesses who actively promote ZOYEQ and refer new paying customers to our eCommerce platform. Affiliates earn commissions based on qualified referrals and benefit from a transparent, performance-based structure.

This document outlines the terms, conditions and guidelines of participating in the program. By joining, you agree to adhere to all clauses outlined in this policy.

2. Program Eligibility

To apply and participate in the ZOYEQ Affiliate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Own or operate a valid website, blog, email list, YouTube channel, social media page, or digital community with a relevant audience.
• Submit a complete and accurate application.
• Agree to and comply with all ZOYEQ policies, including this affiliate policy and our general Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our sole discretion. Applications promoting spam, fake accounts, illegal activity, or inappropriate content will be automatically rejected.

3. Referral Tracking and Attribution

Upon approval, each affiliate will receive a unique referral link and access to their affiliate dashboard.

• Tracking Method: Referral tracking is powered by ZOYEQ’s internal system, which uses browser cookies to track users.
• Cookie Duration: A referral cookie will remain valid for 60 days after the user clicks the affiliate link.
• Attribution: If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the last-clicked link will receive the credit.

It is your responsibility to ensure your referral links are working and correctly placed.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission when a referred customer completes a qualifying paid transaction (monthly or annual subscription).

• Commission Amount:
• General Affiliates: 20% per successful referral
• Content Creators: 30% per successful referral
• B2B Affiliates & Country Partners: 40% per successful referral
• Affiliates may choose to either:
  • Use the entire commission themselves, or
  • Share part or all of their commission with their audience as coupon codes.
• ZOYEQ allows users to create multiple stores under a single email address. Coupon codes and referral links are not restricted by email and may be used multiple times across different stores, unless a specific limit is set on coupon usage. Affiliates should be aware that unless restrictions are applied, the same user can redeem the same coupon across multiple stores.
• Eligible Plans: Monthly and Annual payments (one-time only)
• Recurring Commissions: Yes, commissions are recurring for the lifetime of the referred customer.
• Commission Cap: None
• Excluded Actions: Free trial sign-ups, self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or refunded purchases are not eligible for commissions.

Commissions are calculated after applying any discounts or promotions used by the customer.

5. Referral Maturity and Payment Terms

To ensure quality referrals and prevent abuse, commissions go through a maturity period before being paid out.

• Referral Maturity Period: Commissions are marked as "pending" until a negotiable period (to be discussed case by case) after the referred customer becomes a paying user.
• Payout Frequency: Monthly
• Minimum Payout Threshold: None
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via the affiliate's preferred method.
• Currency: Commissions are paid in the affiliate's preferred currency.

Any commissions that result from chargebacks, cancellations, or policy violations will be reversed before payout.

6. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must promote ZOYEQ in a manner that is ethical, transparent and compliant with applicable advertising standards and platform rules.

Allowed Promotion Channels:

• Blog posts, reviews and tutorials
• Social media platforms
• Email newsletters (with permission)
• YouTube or video-based content
• Paid advertising (subject to restrictions below)

Prohibited Tactics:

• Bidding on branded keywords such as "ZOYEQ," "ZOYEQ.com," or misspellings
• Misrepresenting ZOYEQ or making false claims
• Using spam emails, bots, or click farms
• Referring customers through self-purchases or duplicate accounts
• Promoting ZOYEQ on websites or content containing hate speech, adult material, violence, or illegal activities

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Brand Usage Policy

Affiliates may use approved ZOYEQ marketing materials including banners, logos and visuals provided in our Affiliate Toolkit.

• Do not edit or modify ZOYEQ’s logo, product screenshots, or brand assets without written consent.
• Do not present yourself as an employee or representative of ZOYEQ.
• Do not create websites or domains that resemble ZOYEQ’s official site (e.g., "ZOYEQ-shop.com" or “ZOYEQ-affiliate.net”).

All promotional material should maintain the look and feel of our brand and should not confuse or mislead users.

8. Fraud & Misuse Policy

Affiliates found engaging in any of the following will be immediately removed from the program, with all pending commissions forfeited:

• Referring themselves or creating fake customer accounts
• Using stolen credit cards or fraudulent identities
• Masking affiliate links to deceive users
• Promoting through illegal or deceptive means
• Violating terms of any third-party platform (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.)

We reserve the right to audit affiliate accounts for suspicious activity at any time.

9. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.

• To terminate your account, contact us at support@zoyeq.com.
• ZOYEQ reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion with or without prior notice, especially in cases of policy violation or inactivity.

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited if violations are involved. Otherwise, matured, approved commissions will be processed in the next payout cycle.

10. Program Updates & Policy Changes

ZOYEQ reserves the right to update or modify any part of this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in the affiliate dashboard.

Continued participation in the program constitutes your agreement to the latest version of the policy.
